Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) Seeks Director of Rental Assistance

The Director of Rental Assistance Department is responsible for assuming full leadership of the Rental Assistance Department, encompassing all department activities, including eligibility and program occupancy for various programs providing housing assistance to rural Nevadans, program development, budget planning and oversight, and community outreach and engagement. This position is responsible for maintaining program integrity through compliance with various federal, state and local regulations and agency policy requirements. NYE COUNTY SEEKS RISK MANAGER

Under the direction of the Assistant County Manager, plans and manages the activities of the County’s risk management programs, including but not limited to auto and general liability claims against the county, property and liability insurance, safety, and workers’ compensation programs. Requires the exercise of initiative and independent judgment in the development of programs, provision of guidance to department managers throughout the organization. Douglas County Seeks Vacation Home Rental Program Manager

Responsible for management of all programs and functions of the Douglas County Vacation Home Rental (VHR) Program. Acts as Douglas County’s VHR expert and provides support and guidance to management, various advisory boards, coordinating agencies and elected officials on related matters. Performs a variety of skilled duties and activities including training and guidance of assigned personnel as well as provides support to the technical staff and boards reviewing such permits.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance or a closely related field; AND five (5) years of professional level analytical or management support experience, at least two (2) of which are in a supervisory role; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
